William R. Martin has over eighteen years of experience in petroleum contamination assessment and remediation. His vast experience encompasses numerous underground storage tank removals and soil and groundwater contamination assessments.
His greatest asset to KABA is his real-world field experience and relationships with subcontractors such as underground storage tank removal contractors and subsurface drillers. In addition to his petroleum contamination experience, Mr. Martin has performed Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III Environmental Site Assessments in the Treasure Coast area for more than fifteen years. With this experience, Mr. Martin has a complete understanding of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (FDEP’s) field sampling Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
Mr. Martin supervises field activities and is responsible for project scheduling. He has proficient knowledge of state, local, and federal environmental regulations. His dedication in the field has enhanced KABA’s reputation for efficiency and quality in a timely manner. He brings to KABA real-world experience and environmental regulatory contacts within the St. Lucie County, Martin, Okeechobee, and Indian River County areas.
